About Live Out Loud

Our Mission
Live Out Loud is an inclusive community project supporting adults with additional needs and/or learning disabilities to build confidence, independence, friendships and meaningful community connections.
We create welcoming opportunities for people to explore interests, build confidence, develop new skills and take an active part in community life.
Too many adults with additional needs experience loneliness, limited opportunities or barriers to taking part in community life. We believe everyone deserves opportunities to make friends, explore interests, contribute to their community and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
At Live Out Loud, we believe everyone deserves opportunities to be themselves, have their voice heard and feel part of something bigger than themselves.
Be You. Be Heard. Belong.
More Than Activities
Live Out Loud was created because everyone deserves opportunities to connect, contribute and belong within their community. We are not simply creating activities. We are creating spaces where people can build friendships, discover strengths, try new things and be recognised for who they are.
